1. Service Description
dpersona provides NFC-enabled digital identity solutions, including NFC tag issuance, digital wallet integration, and profile management services. The Service allows you to create and manage your digital identity, share contact information, and track profile interactions.
Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase or service activation.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
- Not transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property Rights
dpersona Content: All content provided by dpersona, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of dpersona or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any dpersona content without explicit written permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant dpersona a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. dpersona DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
dpersona does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any delays, failures, disruptions, or errors in the Service or for any damages resulting from such issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, dpersona SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF dpersona HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL dpersona'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Termination
dpersona may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination will result in the deactivation of your account and loss of access to your data.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@dpersona.app. Upon termination, your responsibility to pay outstanding fees continues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
